Introduction to Urban Education and Reflective Teaching (2 Credits)

This course provides a review of current, research-based urban education theories. Participants will reflect on how to apply these theories in the classroom and incorporate them into everyday classroom strategies. This introduction course will assist the teacher in examining urban and cultural implication for teaching.
